GlaxoSmithKline Argentina Laboratories Company was fined 400,000 pesos for irregularities during lab vaccine trials following a report issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology (ANMAT in Spanish) for irregularities during lab vaccine trials conducted between 2007 and 2008 that allegedly killed 14 babies.
The charges in the cases included experimenting with human beings and falsifying parental authorizations in the vaccine-trials conducted by the doctors’ laboratory from 2007 to 2008 for GSK. 15,000 children, under the age of one, from Mendoza, San Juan and Santiago del Estero provinces were included in the research reports Buenos Aires Herald GSK fined over vaccine trials; 14 babies reported dead Tuesday, January 3, 2012 By Javier Cardenal Taján.
Pediatrician Ana Marchese, who reported the case to the Argentine Federation of Health Professionals (FESPROSA), and was working at the Eva Perón children’s public hospital in Santiago del Estero by the time the studies were being conducted, said :
GSK Argentina set a protocol at the hospital, and recruited several doctors working there.”
“These doctors took advantage of the many illiterate parents whom take their children for treatment by pressuring and forcing them into signing these 28-page consent forms and getting them involved in the trials.”
“Laboratories can’t experiment in Europe or the United States, so they come to do it in third-world countries.”
“Once a picked patient arrives, it would automatically disappear to be taken somewhere else in order to be treated by those doctors specially recruited by GSK. These sorts of practices are not legal and occurred without any type of state control, plus they don’t comply with the minimum ethical requirements.”
Colombia and Panama were also chosen by GSK as staging grounds for trials of the vaccine against the pneumococcal bacteria.
An ANMAT press statement indicated the irregularities detected during the COMPASS vaccine trial program were related to “failures in the process of obtaining the necessary consent letters from participants, hence violating the patients’ rights; as well the inclusion of patients that did not fully meet the required clinical conditions to be submitted into the program.” but that “none of the deaths mentioned in the media were related to the vaccines given, since all the involved patients received what is called a blind placebo, which is a simile of the vaccine but without any active substance.”
According to Pharmaceutical Technology:
GlaxoSmithKline was also criticised by Judge Marcelo Aguinsky for keeping inadequate records of the children’s ages and medical histories. It is unknown how many babies suffered serious side effects and adverse reactions from the injections, or if 14 is the true number of babies who died during the trials.

As one person commented at the Buenos Daily Herald, that fine amounted to only about $16 per baby. Doesn’t seem like enough to stop them from doing it again.
I read all about this in my past extensive research on vaccinations.
The thing that is so sickening about this is that it is all under the guise of “saving lives” when really the whole vaccination scam is about health organization sanctioning (sales) for unnecessary and overuse of more and more pharmaceutical products that only add to the bottom line of large pharmaceutical corporations. Parents are pressured to obtain vaccinations and governments will buy them to dole out to parents who don’t want to pay or can’t pay for the vaccinations on the recommended childhood vaccination list. And the pharma’s are all hot to get their vaccinations on that list because it helps sales AND they are free from liability.
If anyone happens upon this website and you still think vaccination is the next best thing to spinach. I am sorry, but you are mistaken and I truly hope that you, your child or someone close to you does not fall victim to this scam. Yes, there are many overly vaccinated people who seem fine, however they probably have health issues they don’t realize are related to the use of the vaccinations or the health issues will come about later. I have done extensive research on these matters well before I came across this website and I had hoped to find that vaccinations were worthy when I got started. My educated opinion is that they are not worthwhile at all. But parents won’t listen to me, they will listen to their pediatricians who are pressured to sell vaccinations through various methods.
Go to a naturopath (ND) to determine other strategies for disease prevention. Most MD’s are only taught to use pharmaceutical products and surgical procedures as their modalities. Often they are good people who are doing the best they can, but there ARE other options.
Well there are two ready solutions to the problem of testing “vaccines”.
1) Don’t test them at all. After all how much more damage could they do. Autism is doubling every 3.5 years. Besides in a world where depopulation is THE priority, each death is good.
2) Force people to be test subjects and sign a release AT THE POINT OF A GUN.
As it is state sponsored “vaccination” is just stealth fascism. Lets be honest.

Argentina are going over the top fining GSK for the deaths effectively to ONLY one baby for every thousand injected!
In USA the old vaccine inserts eg for DTP vaccines gloriously tells parents, doctors and nurses that this jab given to a baby at 8 weeks and then again twice more in quick succession kills EXACTLY the same proportion of babies (1 per 1 000 or more!) but dont worry!
The same jab given to control babies but without the DTP components but including the neurotoxic moities such as MERCURY or ALUMINIUM killed just as many or more so the vaccine is more than 100 per cent SAFE!
So all you need to do to get a new jab accepted is to use a control where you know the death rate is higher and: Hey Presto! You have a new multibillion dollar new patented vaccine product to replace the jabs now out of patent and outed for being LETHAL to the few unfortunate souls that cant handle NEUROTOXINS due to their poor genetic susceptibility to todays Big pHARMa products.
When I was young they never gave ANYONE any jabs before 5 years of age and if anyone killed ONE person they got shot, hung or injected to death themselves.
We have progressed to todays world where one day is TOO old for protective, safe but unprofitable vaccines and deaths are saving hundreds of thousands of lives ACTUALLY!
No need to fine anyone and less to bring them to court for murder.

That appears to say that, for whatever reason, the deaths seemed to occur in the placebo arm of the trial. Do you have more information on what the babies actually died of?

1) A placebo would be saline solution. If the ANMAT release can be relied on this “placebo” would be the vaccine without the antigen – containing everything else – so not a placebo and containing “active” ingredients. A comparison between the vaccine and a false “placebo” of unknown safety profile.
2) this also kills stone dead the argument that it is unethical to carry out trials in which half the children are given the vaccine and half the “placebo” to compare vaccinated vs unvaccinated. The argument apparently being the placebo group are denied the “benefit” of the vaccine and therefore being unethical – yet the word “trial” is another term for “experiment” – it is being “tried out” “trialled”.
And how does anyone know really there were no deaths in the vaccine group? The data have to be analysed from drop outs etc and whether there were other exclusions from the final data used.

From where do you derive your information about what was in the non-vaccine arm of the trial?
I’m as confused as Derek was in our first post. Isn’t the simplest narrative that the vaccine protected against deaths, but the company got fined for irregularities in its conduct. When I read the headline for your post I thought it meant the vaccine was being claimed to have directly caused the deaths of babies and some of the other posters seem to have thought that’s what you meant.
I hope you can clarify a bit.

You are trolling. You are coming to this site just to be argumentative and disrupt.

There is no simpler narrative than that of the linked news story from which that quote is taken.
2) from the news report “a simile of the vaccine” – and that is the usual practice with vaccines – a true placebo is never used – so there is never a true comparison.
Don’t bother commenting again. It won’t be posted. Troll somewhere else.
So the ‘placebo’ which contained all of the same toxic chemicals, EXCEPT the antigens, caused the deaths of 14 babies – it just shows that they COULD make vaccination less dangerous just by eliminating the other non-antigen junk they add into (or don’t clean out of) the shots – eg. formaldehyde, aluminum, undigested foreign animal & human DNA, antibiotics, mutagenic surfactants, etc.
But no wonder they don’t test vaccines against a true placebo like saline – they wouldn’t be able to coverup the blatant harm caused by the vaccines if they did honest placebo tests – and they wonder why we don’t trust vaccines! Clean all of the crap out of them! Do a vaccinated vs unvaccinated long term health study!
They can’t convince me, or other concerned parents, to follow vaccination schedules if they don’t honestly, independently & unequivocally answer our concerns & pleas for improved safety & genuine safety testing. I’d vaccinate IF it wasn’t so toxic & dangerous to long term health, I think most parents would.
The vaccine story does not add up. In other words there is XXXXXXXX by those involved. You cannot give a placebo and get 14 dead people and the same injection PLUS an added antigen only and get ZERO deaths. Injections dont become safer when you add one pathogen to the mix. Unless you are Alice in GSK VACCINE LAND.
There are many instances of deaths being covered up by Big pHARMa and it seems as if here that the deaths were simply changed to the placebo group when logically at least half would be in the vaccine group.

GSK have a track record of finding say a death rate of one person per thousand injected and then getting approval as more deaths occurred in the placebo group. By this twisted logic the industry (GSK) and the regulators claim falsely that the vaccine actually saves life as more die in the placebo group.
Put this in the perspective of SIDS rising almost to one death per 500 and for many years at one death per thousand and dropping many fold today but still happening in 2013 and the fit to vaccine induced death looks inviting as explaining some of the SIDS if not most to all non-interested parties but to the regulators, industry and government who RIG the trials this link of vaccines to SIDS is IMPOSSIBLE for them to contemplate.
I suspect even though prosecuted and fined we have not seen the whole truth or even half the truth of what went on and a more determined investigation with threats of prison terms might elicit a more truthful as opposed to a doctored version of this doomed vaccine trial that puts the value of one life at a days salary for the boss of this vaccine company (GSK).
Some epidemiologists have been paid off by Big pHARMa at rates that would enable even them to pay these derisory fines.
Until there is real incentive to make safe vaccines we will see perhaps less deaths but certainly continued increases in traumatic brain injury (TBI) and for most who are not quite at the level of TBI then of course it will be called autism of varying severity or as Big pHARMa put it increased recognition of minor brain disorders that make people actually more intelligent. Yet more LIES!
No way is TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY and its incessant climb year by year at rates sometimes over 33 per cent either a MINOR health effect or the result of doctors being able to recognise a near dead vaccinated person where before no one would notice!
