A feature article published this month in the Public Library of Science A Broken Trust: Lessons from the Vaccine–Autism Wars endeavours to dismiss justified concerns about vaccine safety as by just illogical “anti-vaccine” campaigners with irrational views not based on evidence. It is another sad testimony to the unscientific belief that the majority “consensus” is right when in science the reality is that often it is one person or a very few demonstrating the majority is wrong. The author is Liza Gross, Senior Science Writer/Editor, PLoS Biology, Public Library of Science, San Francisco, California.
One of the feature article’s themes “Evidence-Resistant Theories” has some irony in dismissing well-founded concerns and more so in the light of a much-needed:-
REALITY CHECK
- The issue is Child Health Safety.
- There is no anti-vaccine movement.
- There is evidence of lack of safety and oversight and of children being at risk from vaccines where the risks of the vaccines now seem overwhelmingly to outweigh claimed benefits.
- The hazards are not being investigated or reported properly and are downplayed.

- Despite all the lies and deceit by health official worldwide, the question “do vaccines cause autism” was answered after the Hannah Poling story broke in the USA in February 2008 [see CHS article here]. Hannah developed an autistic condition after 9 vaccines administered the same day. - It is much more than autism.
- We need well-designed properly powered large-scale studies comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated for all health outcomes by truly independent objective unbiased scientists – and including proper clinical data.
- Too many government officials and medical professionals with links to the vaccine makers and the drug industry and their own conflicts of interest refuse to carry out the studies – the inference is they know the studies will not favour their view or else there would be no reason not to carry them out – the studies would settle the matter
- Their only answer is to create the myth by label libel of an “anti-vaccine movement” and silence all critics.
- The lobbying in the media and at all levels in society has created a quasi-religious belief in the importance of vaccines such that any criticism is silenced in any way possible. And this says it all: Drug Giant Merck – “Destroy” Critical Doctors “Where They Live”

- It is the drug industry changing its business model from the one the financial markets have long known was failing – of blockbuster patented drugs – to others including one like that which made Bill Gates billions – pretty much everyone must have Microsoft’s Windows software on their computer and everyone must be vax’ed

CONCLUSIONS
The vaccinated to unvaccinated comparison studies must be done – there is no reason not to and every reason to do them.
The problem can only be resolved politically but the big players in the drug industry have applied their financial resources to develop and entrench their influence at all levels in the medical professions, in universities and Government over many years.
Only by educating parents, professionals and the media on a large scale can the political machine be directed to address the issues and the problem.

Vaccines are the direct cause of the food allergy epidemic. Why are the manufacturers of vaccines allowed trade secret protection for vaccine ingredients? Why is peanut oil considered safe to inject along with aluminum based on studies where children eat the oil or based on the skin prick test? IT ISN’T THE SAME!! The fatal food allergies are directly caused by vaccines!! The evidence is there. We don’t need new studies. There are enough to prove it if you just look.
The point cannot be stressed too strongly that at least 99% of the concern comes from parents who did what was supposed to be the right thing, and who had their children vaccinated. The damage done to those children and the hate campaign being conduct by public bodies, pharmaceutical lobby organisations and much of the media, represents the hugest betrayal of trust.
It is truely frightening what is happening to our society. It’s as if we really don’t have a voice anymore. Our children have been vaccined damaged bacause we allowed a badly made vaccine into our precious children’s boodstream. The pharmaceutical companies have a lot to answer for and they seem to be getting away with murder. The MMR do gooders should turn their attention away from their pockets to wakeing up to the fact that they should be ashamed and shocked at their atrocious behaviour

Casiday suggests providing an alternative, science-based explanation or relating emotionally compelling tales about counter-risk—such as helplessly watching a young child die of a vaccine-preventable disease—in the same narrative format.”

Vaccination is a huge against the public good, an organised enterprise of global proportions. The disease prevention bit is just the pretext the people behind it use to get parents to allow their babies to be injected with these neurotoxic substances. Unfortunately, a majority of people including medical doctors have fallen for this and are involved in this without reaising it. As prominent US health educator Dr Herbert Shelton once put it:
“Belief in immunization is a form of delusional insanity.”
More recently, US neurosurgeon Dr Russell Blaylock MD has stated in his article ‘The Vaccine Cover-Up”:
“Our society is littered with millions of children who have suffered harm in one degree or another from vaccines. Also, let us not forget the millions of parents who had to watch helplessly as their children’s lives have been destroyed by devastating vaccination programmes.”
In Germany. Dr. med. Gerhard Buchwald stated on public TV: “Vaccination is a form of child abuse and a crime against humanity.” He has also warned that “We are slowly but surely destroying the intelligence of our future generations with vaccination.”
Change will never come from the top, as admitting to anything would involve too much loss of face and revenue, The maiming and the killing wll therefore continue, unless enough parents become aware that they are being deceived and refuse to hand over their babies for injection with these dreadful poisons.

i conferr with those in the know objecting to the vaccine scammers . it truly is a tragic think occurring among us all. i looked into the whole history of vaccination even as far back as francis xavier (1500s) who brought vaccine technology to the west from the brahmans . get with the NVIC http://www.nvic.org/ and do what you can . studdy it ,this has to stop!! the holocost was a bad thing ,but the inquisition in europe dawrfs hitler’s works . ask your self just what the h___ is going on here ? ok al
It cannot be denied that vaccines have ushered in many positive benefits to children around the world. Certainly studies into any risks of vaccination are indeed important, though until such studies yield conclusive results it is a disservice to our children to deny them a life free of diseases such as polio. You suggest that the evidence that vaccines are dangerous exists and is being withheld from the public. Your claim (without evidence) that there is a publication bias regarding the harm caused by vaccines, you provide absolutely no support for your claims outside your website. (The one ‘reference’ that you do include is a broken link to your own website). No publication bias can be absolute, and therefore I can only conclude that your arguments are wholly without support from the academic health community. However I can also not help but notice that all of the the comments above are in support of your hypotheses. Although I am sure that you are a strong supporter of fair and balanced argument, one could suggest that you yourself are filtering these comments to generate an image of a “unanimous uproar” against the medical establishment. Based on the unsupported arguments here, it is still my belief that any one who encourages parents to withhold vaccines from their children is putting children at risk of contracting life-threatening disease without any demonstrable cause. As you say there are many cases where a small handful of individuals refute the standard paradigm: some claim that ionization radiation is good for you (the theory of radiation hormesis), that HIV does not exist, or that an invisible planet is approaching to kill us all. Though until I see any hard evidence from these individuals I will not entrust the health or safety of my family in the opinions of these contrarians. All the same, I wish you the best of luck in your research, and I sincerely hope that if there is a risk presented by these vaccines that it is uncovered… very soon.

To clarify, I do not object to call for research. I object to the previous lack of external links on this page, and the reckless promotion of conspiracy theories based upon dubious research (See my previous comments elsewhere on this site). Your link to the two articles regarding mercury compounds illustrates that research is being done: I don’t know why you claim that it isn’t. (Though I find it curious that one article that you cited has since been withdrawn). I also find it most unfortunate however that this pressing social issue has been sabotaged by such frauds as Andrew Wakefield. (http://www.bmj.com/content/342/bmj.c5347.full). It is not enough that the research be done, it must be done with integrity, and adherence to the same standards that apply to all other scientific disciplines.
I just noticed your response to the Wakefield allegations on the front page. It does indeed seem that all players are sadly embroiled in political intrigue. Though to a scientist political arguments are something different than evidence. The fact that this first article was originally based upon only 12 hand-picked children, makes it a pretty weak scientific case, even before the allegations of fraud are brought to the table.
Martin people always throw around this Wakefield stuff to try to back up pro-vax claims. That’s completely irrelevant. I don’t care what Wakefield did or did not do, there are hundreds of other studies showing that vaccines [xxxxxxx ED edited] have no scientific evidence backing up their claims for use. Pharma also refuses to do legitimate safety tests yet [xxxxxxx ED edited] claims they are safety testing vaccines even though all one has to do is read those studies to see the whole thing is [not well founded: ED edited]. They [xxxxxxx ED edited] say they’re using a placebo when they’re really not [xxxxxxx ED edited]. They get the media [xxxxxxx ED edited] to say they’ve been safety test when they haven’t [xxxxxxx ED edited]. They claim vaccines provide protection for years when all they ever test are antibody responses and even then they only test them at most a couple weeks to a couple months, again [not well founded: ED edited]. There is just so much [xxxxxxx ED edited] it’s exactly like the Tobacco industry claiming cigarrettes were healthy and would help you live a longer life and didn’t cause cancer. Sure the people that pointed out their family members were getting cancer and dieing were called “conspiracty theorists” or that they were anti-science, even though they were the only ones actually bothering to read the science!! Again here no doctors will actually read vaccine studies, the only one I know of that do will no longer recommend vaccines to anyone.
Plus, you just have to read the vaccine inserts themselves. start with that. look up every single ingredient in them and tell me if you feel that is acceptable to inject into your child, multiple times and some at exactly the same time. its like taking an aspirin, but then taking 5-6 more becuase they are in other medications, so you now have a toxic amount of aspirin in your body. Come on. read the fine print, read the CDC website. Once you do that, trust me, you too will question putting anything into your child. Plus the studies are just not there. The H1N1 didn’t even have clinical trials (from what I remember). Drugs of any kind are not good. Yes, we need some from time to time, but everything has a side effect, just like what you say has a side effect to another person. Wake up people!!!!!
Just wanted to point out that the first cited article (hep B vaccine and developmental disabilities) is talking about thimerisol which is not used in vaccines in the US these days.
Sometimes just the presence and title of a citation can lend creedence to an argument. For this reason, it’s important to actually read the articles.
Checking the second article (which was withdrawn), it’s also about Thimerisol. Not an issue with modern vaccines in the US. perhaps it’s time to get some new articles.
